Walters International, its owner, and any employees will be referred to as the seller.

The person(s) purchasing the item(s) will be referred to as the purchaser.

You, the PURCHASER agree that it is your (the purchaser's) responsibility, not the seller's, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the purchase, possession, and use of any item purchased from the seller.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that the purchased item(s) will be used in a lawful manner. Some orders will be processed directly by the manufacturer/supplier. All sales are final unless an item is defective. In that case the purchaser will either receive a replacement upon returning the defective item or the purchaser will need to contact the manufacturer to get warranty coverage; the seller decides how the defect will be handled. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Defense Sprays will not be sold to residents of New York, Massachusetts, Michigan or Wisconsin. Residents in these states either need to purchase these items from a licensed Firearm dealer or they will need to purchase special defense spray formulas.

Unfortunately no international shipments nor shipments to P.O. Boxes are permitted.
